Prof. George Seidel

Professor George Siedel is Williamson Family Professor of Business Administration at the University of Michigan Business School, Ann Arbor, MI, USA, where he teaches legal aspects of business and negotiation. He has held visiting appointments at Harvard, Stanford and Cambridge. He was awarded a Fulbright Distinguished Lecturer grant in 2001 at the University of Sofia, Bulgaria.

Professor Siedel has published extensively on issues relating to business law and negotiation. He served for many years on the Board of Directors of the William Davidson Institute at the University of Michigan, the world's leading center on transitional and emerging economies.
